Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account. Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash I want is to download, copy my last year's 2018 return. Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. If you used online software then the tax file is stored online in your online account, If you purchased desktop software then the tax file is only stored on your own hard drive. We cannot look up an order in the user forum, so we cannot tell what you paid for. You say " I purchased Turbotax for 2018 on-line and filed.", but you do not say whether that purchase was online software or desktop software that you downloaded.
